Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for new product introduction and production management for etch products, not limited to diagnose and troubleshooting of product / production issues, BKM (best known method) development and transfer, interface with other functions (Eng, SW, MFG, Spares, MFG) to address product/ production issues, procedure documentation, customer interface & management, cost reduction, and continued install base performance improvement activities.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 6 years experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing or Equipment industry.
-Education background in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science and/or related fields.
-Ability to work independent and as part of team, leadership experience desired.
-Strong logical thinking, problem solving skills.
-Clear communication skills needed, written and verbal.
-High proficiency in English language.
-Skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
-Understanding of DOE and SPC.
-Self driven and motivated, with sense of urgency.
-Responsible and accountable.
