Responsibilities:
Platform Equipment Engineer is responsible for mainframe system operations including FI(Factory Interface) and Vacuum Wafer Transfer Module:
？ FI setup, testing and operation, application development, trouble-shooting and diagnostics;
？ Mainframe setup, testing and operations, application development, trouble-shooting and diagnostics;
？ ATP&DVT including system performance optimizations;
？ FAB facility interface setup, testing and operations;
？ Work with process and software groups to develop tool specific applications;
？ Help system design engineering to improve the system design

Requirements:
？ BS in Engineering with at least 3 years industrial experience;
？ Two year or more experience in FAB or semiconductor wafer transfer equipment;
？ Good knowledge and working experience of semiconductor wafer transfer equipment;
？ Good mechanical skills and strong safety awareness;
？ Excellent problem solving skills and good creativity;
？ Solid communication, computer and independent work skills;
？ Highly motivated to achieve multiple, high-priority program objectives concurrently;
